On and off the racetrack, LG Motorsports is a familiar name in terms of racing and performance. Owned by professional driver Lou Gigliotti, LG Motorsports announced in October its plans to enter the GT2 class of the American Le Mans Series in 2008 in partnership with Riley Technologies. Gigliotti is a three-time champion in SPEED World Challenge GT and has a rich history of competing with a variety of cars within the Corvette brand. Riley Technologies brings the highest level of engineering excellence to their products worldwide, and is looking forward to not only entering the fray Stateside, but also to the wide market in which the new Corvette can compete. Riley Technologies, LLC was formed by famed designers Bob and Bill Riley, the company originally founded in 1990 as Riley & Scott Inc. In 2001 Bob and Bill Riley formed Riley Technologies, which has continued producing championship-winning race cars and teams.
